2. Scope
This notice applies to Tenweave on Android, iOS, and the web. The web build stores progress locally in the browser and uses neither mobile advertising nor in-app purchases. The general privacy policy additionally covers the Akando Games website, support, and beta list.
3. Local game data
Progress, settings, statistics, audio and display choices, and unlocked content are normally stored locally on the device or in the browser. No game account is created and this game state is not sent to Akando Games. Local data can be removed through the game's reset control, by clearing app or browser data, or by uninstalling the app.
4. Optional rewarded advertising in Tenweave
The Android version of Tenweave includes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). An ad is loaded only after the player explicitly selects “Watch an ad” to receive three additional hints. There are no forced ads without that choice. According to Google, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares the IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers including the Android advertising ID. The purposes are ad delivery and measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit.
5. Consent and privacy choices
Tenweave uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to refresh the required consent status when the app starts and to show legally required messages. An ad request is made only when the platform permits it after this check. Where required, choices can be changed from “Privacy choices” in Settings. Depending on region and choice, Google may serve personalised, non-personalised, limited, or technical ads.
6. Recipients and further information
Advertising and consent data is received in particular by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing in third countries cannot be ruled out. Google describes its safeguards and retention in the Google Privacy Policy and its information for partner services. Akando Games does not receive complete advertising profiles for individual players.
7. Sharing and store reviews
Sharing a challenge, result, or store link opens the operating system's share sheet; the player chooses the recipient and target app. Only that selected app then processes the shared content. The review action opens the applicable store, whose provider processes the subsequent interaction.
8. Support
If you contact us by email, we process the sender address, content, and technical metadata to handle the request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR depending on the request. Correspondence is deleted when no longer needed and when no statutory retention duty applies.
9. Rights and complaints
Subject to the GDPR, rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future processing. Complaints may be made to the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
10. Changes
This notice will be updated before providers or advertising, purchase, or data features materially change.
